I do appreciate that Prof. Gourie Devi had highlighted some of the important organic causes of psychiatric symptoms. Psychiatric symptoms are often neglected in neurological practice. Several important treatable disorders can be recognized early if we analyze the psychiatric symptoms in a systematic manner and investigate the patients in detail to exclude any organic pathology.
