Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome caused by novel SARS-CoV-2 has emerged in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 leading to worldwide pandemic. Since then, various neurological complications associated with SARS-CoV-2 has been described, such as encephalitis, acute transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, stroke which was possibly because of neuro invasive potential of the virus in some infected patients. Here in, we report a case of tract specific CNS involvement following SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our case was unique in a sense that there was a selective involvement of corticospinal tracts and dorsal column of spinal cord.
